About us

The Walbrook Group is the umbrella name for a group of Housing Association companies, all of whom work to a common vision which is “our commitment is to effect change for good in the lives of individuals and communities”.

The largest member of the group is Walbrook Housing which provides a range of accommodation and residential services to over 12,000 people throughout Derbyshire and Staffordshire and has 3,000 properties in its portfolio. Alongside this is Hallmark Housing Association which aims to meet the needs of black and minority ethnic communities through the provision of 550 properties, mainly in the Derby area.

Other organisations within the group include Walbrook Care and Repair, offering practical help and advice to elderly homeowners, Walbrook Property Services which provides a gas servicing, maintenance and repair breakdown service to both Walbrook clients and other social landlords across the East Midlands.

The Walbrook Group is committed to increasing its participation in regeneration and renewal projects, in order to increase the amount of housing and other services available to people in the local community.

The head office is based on a superbly appointed site on the Pride Park Business Centre in Derby.
