Pupil Sales Advisor

Location: Bristol City Centre

Potential earnings: £22,500 +

Job Type: Permanent

Starting salary: £12,780 rising to £14,840 after 12 months and on completion of our progression programme

Shift allowance: Flexibility allowance of £2,190 payable on certain shift patterns

Incentive scheme: OTE of between £3,840 and £7,800 (uncapped)

Description:

• Converting inbound sales enquiries into sales bookings for driving lessons
• Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times
• Working to a range of sales targets and quality measures
• Maximising opportunities to promote other AA Group products(such as membership, insurance and loans)

Candidate Specification:

• Previous sales experience
• Strong sales skills
• Proven ability to meet performance targets
• Excellent communication skills

Working in our Pupil Sales department involves handling enquiries from customers who want to find out more about learning to drive with the Driving School – be it pupils themselves or quite often their parents phoning on their behalf. Your job will be to identify what the customer’s individual needs are and match these to the numerous features and benefits that learning with the AA brings.

This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys selling a quality product and thrives in a targeted environment where excellent performance is rewarded.
