Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: South of France - Monaco
Salary: Depending on experience

The purpose of the role is to:

Analyze, determine and specify the mechanical requirements and systems linked to the Company's products and proposals and to engineer efficient mechanical systems which are practical, safe and economic.

The person:

• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years experience in engineering/construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• To identify, and write specifications for, mechanical components or systems related to the Company's products.
• To write procedures specifying actions to be taken during specialised removal, maintenance and overhaul of complex and/or unique mechanical systems and equipment related to the Company's products.
• To identify and specify actions necessary for the safe and efficient installation, operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
• To analyse, determine and apply the dimensions, properties, motions, loads and characteristics pertinent to mechanical systems and equipment.
• Prepare calculation reports, pending documentary evidence of the suitability of such mechanical components & systems.
• To ensure that the correct environmental and design data are applied to mechanical designs.
• To ensure that all relevant SIs and Departmental Working Instructions are correctly followed in the engineering of mechanical systems and equipment.
• To monitor and review internal drawings, specifications, calculations and manuals related to mechanical systems and equipment.
• To answer general queries arising from clients, contractors or internal Company departments on mechanical systems and equipment.
