The role
The main elements for the role are:
- Strategic vision and driving the business forwarded.
- Securing additional resources through a number of different channels. The organisation has obtained its funding from:-
- 50% from grants and funding
- 25% from retail outlets, the organisation has focussed on the quality end of retail (selling new items as opposed to second hand items).
- 25% - contracts won from PCTs around smoking cessation. This is a key development area and there is potential to significantly grow the organisation’s revenue through this stream.

Salary Range: circa £70,000
