You will be required to work 36.25 hours on a rota basis over
5 days per week, between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday,
and 8.30am to 1.00pm on alternate Saturdays. |
Description:
As a Sales Advisor in our Motor Team you will be contacted by potential
customers looking for a quotation for their Motor Insurance and
Breakdown cover. You will need to demonstrate the ability to close
sales, upgrade cover and cross-sell other policies which may be
of interest to the customer. All our calls are monitored as we pride
ourselves on providing a first class customer service to our agreed
quality standards.
You will need to be self-motivated to meet and exceed the targets
which are based on conversions (number of sales to calls) and the
cross-selling of breakdown and legal cover. You must possess the
confidence to sell using your excellent rapport with our customers
and fully able to handle objections to close those sales. A sales
refresher is covered in training.
Your Team Manager will ensure that you are supported and developed
through consistent high quality coaching and motivation to ensure
you develop the required skills and competencies, and that targets
are met or exceeded by identifying your strengths and development
areas.

What are we looking for?:
This role is all about hunger and desire to achieve and the ability
to sell. You will find that you have to be very thick skinned in
order to deal with the amount of rejection in the role as your customers
are shopping around with different Insurance companies for the cheapest
quote. If you have a passion to sell and enjoy the satisfaction
of turning customers around, this is a role that would suit you.
You must be able to be to provide an excellent service and be direct
with your customers to close sales effectively. You only have one
chance to convert a call to a direct sale so persistence is a must.
This can be a financially rewarding role with an open commission
scheme, which allows you to earn generous monthly bonus. The more
effort you put in, the more you will earn.
