36¼ hours per week working on a rota between 8.30am
– 6.00pm. The working week will be Monday – Saturday
on a rota basis, with a day off in Lieu. |
Description:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your role will primarily to maximize
business opportunities by taking inbound calls from existing policyholders.
The main part of the role will be to make policy amendments over
the telephone, issuing cover notes and ensuring the best customer
service at all times. You will be able to work to targets by upgrading
cover and promoting add-on policies such as Breakdown Cover and
Legal Expenses.
It is essential that you are self confident and professional at
all times and have the ambition to sell using your excellent rapport
with our customers. You will also be able to work within the GISC
guidelines.
Your Team Manager will ensure that you are proactively developed
through consistent high quality coaching and motivation, professional
insurance qualifications are encouraged and the opportunity to become
multi-skilled within the motor area.
Although excellent Customer Service skills are required, the ability
and confidence to sell are just as important. You will be rewarded
by a generous monthly bonus on exceeding your targets.
