- To achieve the targets set for the store by generating sales and profitability through drive and motivation and minimising cost and risk

Sales Floor Controller
- Deputise for the store manager or assistant manager when required
- Ensure that the team’s KPIs and targets are achieved.
- Manage sales colleagues on a daily basis and ensure that high standards are met at all times
