Payroll Operations Manager
SME Division

I have worked for Northgate for 8 years and am the Payroll Operations Manager for the SME Division. I am based from our Fleet office but also travel to our offices in Weston Super Mare, Haddenham and Hemel Hempstead.

I joined Northgate as a trainee payroll administrator and after 6 months was promoted to Supervisor which involved running the payroll department. Since 2005, I have been in my current role as Payroll Operations Manager.

The culture here is open and friendly, with many of the teams I work with socialising after work. The business culture is the same offering encouragement and support to meet expectations, learn new skills and an emphasis on respect for others. We work hard with a drive to be the No1 in the market place.
