Criminal Justice and Public Safety
 Northgate is the leading software provider to the police service and a significant supplier to the emergency services. We work with every UK police force and over half the fire and ambulance services. Our clients also include: the Home Office, the Courts Service, local authorities, camera safety partnerships and crime and disorder reduction partnerships

Local Government
 Our solutions portfolio reflects the key strategic Local Authority services, namely revenue collection, benefits administration, land and property management, environmental services, planning, social housing and customer relationship management

Social Housing
 Northgate is the leading supplier of housing solutions in the UK with over 90 customers, and has developed a wide portfolio of software and services for this particular market. Our customer base ranges from relatively small housing providers, through to Birmingham City Council, the largest local authority in Western Europe

Energy and Utilities
 Working with 80% of water companies in the UK and a number of other energy & utility organisations, we have developed a keen understanding of the connected networks managed by water, electricity, gas and telecom companies

Health
 Northgate works with a range of healthcare organisations from hospitals to national agencies. We specialise in delivering information management services that help these organisations run large information-centric systems supporting major healthcare programmes. These services build on our proven expertise in managing high-volume, mission-critical information systems and on our history of working with the wider public sector

Central Government
 Northgate’s long track record of working with central government, combined with its partnership approach to working with the police, local authorities and public rescue and safety services, places it in a unique position to assist central government in meeting these challenges
