As part of our growth and development plans, we made exciting acquisitions, purchasing TWL Training Ltd and more recently parts of the trading business of Carter & Carter Group plc from administration. These investments represented a great opportunity for the Group to further develop its employer facing provision including Work Based Learning and very importantly work with the Department for Work and Pensions. Strategically it provides a platform from which to increase our offering on a national scale.
