Sales Executive

Monaco / Dubai

£21k basic plus generous commission structure

naseba is currently recruiting sales executives for the expansion of a division focused on capital raising platforms in emerging markets; a product which has been developed in partnership with one of the largest sovereign funds in the world. The division is designed for companies who are looking for capital and investment, introducing them to pre-screened investors in the emerging markets. Our product is focused on "deal flow" and "capital raising" for our clients, thus we have developed a sales model which is quick, and our sales teams sell consistently.

99% of the naseba business is done over the phone.

The Position:

naseba is currently looking for sales executives to work and relocate to either Dubai or Monaco, to sell sponsorships to CEOs, Marketing Directors from multinational companies.

What we require:

  • You must have previous "on the phone" sales experience
  • You must be positive
  • You must speak perfect English
  • You must be dynamic
  • Because of potential travel opportunities, you must have a European or American/Canadian passport
  • You must be great at research
  • You must review our website and understand what naseba does or you will not be interviewed

Key Skills/Responsibilities and Expectations:

Market Research

  • Understand the product and the industry
  • Find new business leads through skilled research
  • Provide consistent sales feedback to the production team
  • Share your knowledge

Business Development/Selling

  • Open new opportunities using the telephone
  • Convert cold leads and warm leads
  • Ensure customer satisfaction when using our service/product
  • Ensure repeat business while cross selling for new products
  • Travel to the events to look after clients and rebook on the spot
  • Use the CRM tools to maximize targets
  • Hit monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Be an over achiever
  • Negotiate, overcome and close contracts
