Benefits
Pay Arrangements
Employees are paid monthly in arrears on the 26th of each month by credit transfer. If that pay date falls on a Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holiday then you will be paid on the working day before that date.
There is no automatic incremental progression. Progression through the grade will be dependent on achievement of high levels of performance, i.e. being appraised as either effective or highly effective, rather than through length of service in the grade.
