Winston Churchill once described Russia as a "riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma."

The School:

The British International School was established in 1994 and since its inception has grown from strength to strength, meeting the educational needs of a student body aged 3-18 drawn from over 70 nationalities.

Boasting seven sites in both the North and South of the Moscow River, the school provides a complete education from students aged 3 – 18 years.

The school prides itself on the creation of an environment that fosters both well - being and all round development of students as well as offering a top academic track record. With successful IGCSE results of 85% A* - C and the recognition of being one of the most successful IB Schools worldwide for students in 2005/06 and 2006/07 the school has consolidated its reputation as being a top international teaching institution.

Such achievement is only attained through the commitment and cooperation of the entire school community and by continually attracting well-qualified teaching staff who continually deliver top quality education.
