We are an 'Arms Length Management Organisation' (ALMO) working in partnership with the Council to manage homes for tenants and leaseholders in Hammersmith and Fulham.
We were launched in 2004 and are responsible for around 18,000 homes.
In June 2009 we were re-inspected by the Audit Commission and awarded 
2 Stars with "excellent prospects for improvement."

H&F Homes is a large organisation with around 400 members of staff. A large majority of our staff work in housing related positions but we also have people working in all sorts of other roles to ensure that the business runs smoothly.
