It is my pleasure to welcome you to Guthlaxton. Thank you for showing an interest in our College and I hope you find the answers to all of your questions, if not do not hesitate to look on our College website, email us or even give us a call and we will reply to your needs as soon as possible.

We are a large school of over 1400 students aged between 14 and 19 years. All our students are studying for a qualification of some sort and our motto is “Learning to Succeed”. We pride ourselves in being genuinely comprehensive and working together to ensure that all our students achieve success.

Our values give a clear idea of what is important at Guthlaxton: We are proud to be BRAVE – where everyone Belongs, everyone shows Respect, everyone Achieves, everyone is Valued and Everyone learns.
We are successful because we are committed to providing high quality teaching, attentive pastoral care, challenging and enriching activities within and beyond the College day. Our students respond positively to the many opportunities and support we provide.
