Granary Associates is a leading, award winning international healthcare project management and design practice with offices across Philadelphia, New York and Doha, they have 30 years of success in the healthcare planning and architectural design markets. Due to an aggressive workload they are currently looking to make a highly senior and strategic appointment to strengthen their front-end resource in Doha, Qatar. This is a rare appointment that offers the opportunity to utilize and therefore seek a key healthcare professional who has the right abilities and professional qualities.
The Job/The Candidate
- Senior Healthcare planner/ Senior Healthcare interior designer
- Title: Managing Associate for Granary Associates.
- Position requirement is to be resident in Doha, Qatar.
- Licensed Architect or Interior Designer [UK or USA or Other]
- Reports to Managing Director of Gulf Region Office.
- To have strong track record within the US healthcare planning and interiors projects.
- Knowledge of US healthcare markets.
- Gulf experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a “hands on” and collaborative environment with diverse owners, healthcare user groups and consultants.
- The ability to understand and overcome the complexities of healthcare projects.
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to contribute to project planning and coordination between multiple stakeholders of large complex healthcare projects.
- This individual will have outstanding communication skills conducting themselves professionally in all situations.
- Will be an ambassador, mentor and role model embodying the culture and professional standards of the company with clients, consultants and peers.
- He/She will have a proven ability to lead and motivate both client’s consultants and employees.
- The expectations of the candidate will be to deliver results, with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.

- Passion for healthcare, quality design and team work.
- Ability to travel including to and from Doha to the US.
