Gardiner and Theobald are currently involved in 35 projects in the City of London, which amounts to a combined square footage of over 8m (750,000 m2). Recent examples of projects include:

• Stonehenge is the nation's most famous archaeological monument and one of the best known in the world. In recognition of its international cultural importance it was inscribed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site in 1986. The Stonehenge Masterplan proposed to return the monument to an open plan landscape setting and the creation of a new world-class gateway for visitors with full interpretation facilities outside the World Heritage Site at Countess East. This project implements the objective.
