Our location

The college is located close to the famous seaside resort of Southend, which is a vibrant town  with numerous shops (including well-known brands such as Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Next and Debenhams), public houses, wine bars, cafes and restaurants. This corner of Essex has been transformed into a lively, exciting and ‘happening’ place to live.  A wide choice of golf courses, yacht clubs, gyms including Virgin, ten-pin bowling, horse riding and extensive parks, and woodland are all close to hand, as of course, is the beach and the world famous Southend Pier.

To the west of the college is Leigh on Sea, an ancient fishing village with a fleet of working cockle and fishing boats. The village is a centre for musical talent with bands playing in the local pubs. Additionally, a wide range of annual festivals including folk and fish festivals and a Regatta attract visitors from miles around to this quaint sea-faring village.
