The Position

To work closely with Fund Advisers Financial Consultants coordinating client meetings and the sales process in general. To assist with lead generation and administration of client database handling portfolio review meetings.

Sales Cordinators will be responsible for:

Supporting the Financial Consultant’s sales schedule; maintaining diaries, initiating group presentations and generally promoting the Fund Advisers brand as the preferred independent consultancy in Switzerland and Belgium.

Arranging the logistics of consultation/sales process.

Maintaining existing client database and further developing that network. Initiating new contacts with potential clients in the Geneva or Brussels areas.

Arrangements for client portfolio reviews.

Assisting in the development of new business.

About the Sales Coordinators

The successful candidates will have/will be:

  • A strong, persuasive telephone manner plus the stamina to spend significant blocks of time on the phone.
  • A track record including commercial experience demonstrating the ability to work within a dynamic sales environment.
  • An articulate self starter able to organise and maintain heavy meeting schedules.
  • Personally ambitious, with a sense of urgency and the desire to progress and grow within the company.
  • A positive and responsive organiser who can multi-function and juggle situations.
  • Competency in French is a distinct advantage.
  • A desire to accumulate and save or spend a large amount of money.

Benefits:

Circa £20,000            OTE £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
