Summary
Floyp are currently looking for Sales Executives to join their UK based team. The primary function is to provide top quality multimedia online capabilities to a broad range of customers in keeping with the Floyp brand and exacting standards. As the owner of your own Floyp.com business, you will be responsible for building your own client base and developing your own key contacts for longer term business with the backing and extensive experience of this successful organisation.
This is a truly exciting and growing business opportunity in a fast growing market with earning potential in excess of £58,000 in your first year.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing a sales funnel and closing sales of Floyp’s services
- Coordinating with Floyp HQ on the opportunity and forwarding all raw videos, audio etc for onward processing by Floyp HQ.
- Using and maintaining customer records with Floyp’s technical systems.
- Maintain and develop customer and prospect database, through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to exceed customer expectations, and in accordance with Floyp.com standards.
- Maintain a fully functional office environment, with all infrastructure kept up to date, with suitable stationary, peripherals, internet access and dedicated mobile phone for floyp business.
- Committed to continued professional development through training, (both Floyp.com training and external training recommended by Floyp.com).
- Adhere to health and safety policies, and ensure prompt and timely assessment of risks to health and safety.
- Delivery of the multimedia package to the customer, and liaise with appropriate customer personnel (ie. web developers).
Person Specification
Aptitude/Skills/Abilities
- Self motivated and self disciplined worker able to work under own initiative.
- New business sales skills - able to develop new accounts
- Preferable understanding in solution selling - ideally from business to business sales
- IT literate - use of computers and internet
- Entrepreneurial characteristics - drive and passion for success
- Clean driving licence
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English language)
- Effective team worker
Qualifications/Knowledge and Expertise
- Sales experience in either business to business or business to consumer markets
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint - or equivalent skills (computer applications)
- Good extensive use of the internet and researching websites through the use of google (or similar search engines)
- Personal work planning and organisational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work to agreed floyp methodologies.
