Thurrock

In April 2005, Thurrock Council (through Vertex Data Science Ltd) entered into a 15 year Strategic Service Partnership with an annual value of £4m with United Utilities, who were recently acquired by Europa. The contract involved the transfer of 129 employees under TUPE Legislation and the management of circa £10-15m capital and revenue budgets on behalf of the council.

Europa now provides a range of services to Thurrock Council and with this in mind we are now actively undertaking a recruitment campaign within Property and Surveying, Highways, Mechanical/Electrical and relevant support services departments.
