Confused.com has been knocking about since 2002, and was the first insurance price comparison website. Unless you’ve been living under a rock since then, we suspect you may have heard of us. What you may not know about us is that we take great pride in the fact that Confused.com is an awesome place to work. Don’t just take our word for it… As part of Admiral Group, we were ranked at number 37 in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2009.
Obviously there’s a job to be done, but we think that work at Confused.com is about as far from being a chore as you can get. This might be because we’ve assembled a great team of friendly folk. This might be because the atmosphere in the office is generally laid back. It might be for any of a number of reasons, but the result is the same – working for Confused.com is… well… kinda fun.

What’s the funniest thing you’ve ever heard in or around Confused.com?
- Probably Dani’s Friday afternoon Jazz, consisting of African bush music, followed by Libyan chimes.
- Probably Rhys sneezing, he sounds like a chipmunk on helium!
What’s the craziest thing that has gone on or you have seen in the office?
- The craziest thing has to be the whole office stood around watching our IT director bobbing for apples. I had nightmares for weeks.
- Probably the Olympics last year. Who could forget the mouse mat/Frisbee competition
What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done in the office?
- Playing to literally tens of adoring fans on guitar hero rock band.
- Well I came to work in my pyjamas once, but I’ll be coming in as The Joker for Superhero day!
