When you have submitted your CV in interest to a particular role, you will be automatically sent an email giving you details of the process (including advertising closing date), when you should expect to hear back if your application has been successful and when interviews with Hays are expected to be scheduled.
You will undertake assessment tests as part of the selection process – the nature of the tests will depend on the role you’re applying for and you will be given full instruction on these.
The final stage will be a panel interview with the Commission.
Hays are recruiting in the region of c.200 vacancies for the Commission over the next 9 months. This may change throughout the course of the project.
You will be contacted by Hays to arrange a time for you to come in and take a competency based interview with a Hays consultant. Following this interview, we will consult with the Commission to decide on who will be shortlisted for the interview stage with the Commission.

The Commission operates a standard probation period of 6 months for all roles.
