With strong partnerships with local authorities and blue-chip clients such as Whitbread and Asda, we use proven technology to deliver a unique fully integrated design/build/own/operate business model. We currently operate three plants and have set ourselves a challenging target of developing a further 10 plants over the next five years. We require an ambitious individual
who can ensure an efficient and systematic approach to new and existing plant operations in a rapidly growing business.
The Role
- Optimising existing plants as well as developing systems & processes for new plants that ensure maximum productivity
- Standardising and sharing best practice across multiple small plant operational teams to achieve effective management of costs and output
- Leading the operational teams during the transition to a larger AD company, including the cultural changes this may entail
- As a member of the senior management team for BiogenGreenfinch, develop and deliver the 5 year strategic plan for the business
The Individual
- An accomplished operational leader, you might be working in a variety of sectors, such as chemical/process engineering, food, waste, energy or environmental sectors
- You should ideally have experience of multiple operating environments or systems
- You will be able to work with engineering and process technology – preferably with a technical background in these areas
- You will be able to evidence developing and inspiring effective operational teams to deliver performance improvement
