The Charity employs 130 paid staff. We believe in offering high quality services and we give all our staff extensive training as well as a genuine opportunity to get involved in giving something back to society. Our employees enjoy the benefits of 29 days holiday on joining rising to 34 days with 5 years service, and a generous contributory pension scheme on completion of probation. Most of our employees enjoy the flexibility of working part time hours.
