The Rugby Football Union is the National Governing Body for rugby union in England and supports participants and fans from the grassroots to the national team.

Twickenham is the home of English rugby, the headquarters of the Rugby Football Union and one of the foremost event and business venues in Europe. We are currently in the midst of a multi-million pound redevelopment of the stadium which will increase the diverse range of activities on site. Having already increased our spectator capacity to 82,000, the new facilities include a 156 bedroom Marriott hotel, a Virgin Active leisure club, conference and banqueting facilities, a performing arts centre, a Rugby store and new office accommodation, making the stadium a 365 day a year business.  Further development is planned for the North end of the site with a substantial housing development.
